Hilton tops lightning strike poll

Paris Hilton has been voted the celebrity most people would like to see struck by lightning.

The hotel heiress picked up 61% of the vote to beat reality TV star Jodie Marsh in the poll by FilmOn.TV.

Cristiano Ronaldo took third place, Kerry Katona was fourth and U2's Bono came fifth.

FilmOn.TV founder Alki David said: "There are certain famous people out there who we can all agree need an act of God to snap them out of their current behaviour and the British public have now spoken.

"Though the public named a diverse range of famous figures they would like to see smoulder, the fact that Paris Hilton was the person who first leapt into the minds of 61% of the people we polled does suggest that she should change her ways and makes us believe she could certainly do with improving her image."

The top ten was completed by Peaches Geldof, Lily Allen, Ashley Cole, Katie Price and Victoria Beckham.
