The terminally-ill star was said to be "very pale and emotional" throughout the short ceremony, which took place at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London. Goody had hoped to travel to the church in which she and Jack Tweed were married for the event but was deemed too ill to make the journey.
The 27-year-old's publicist Max Clifford told Sky News that it appeared that Goody was bidding some of those at the service farewell for a final time.
Clifford added that the service was the last public event for the dying star, who was told she had just months to live in February. Goody said last week that she feared she was within her last days.
"As she was coming back after the service, everyone, she was kissing and saying 'Goodbye' and, of course, you read into that whatever you want to read into it," Clifford said.
