The Hills star was revealed as Hilton's new boyfriend at her birthday celebrations in Vegas over the weekend.
"He probably got me more presents than any guy ever," the socialite told People. "He's sweet."
Hilton and Reinhardt were spotted kissing and holding hands at restaurant Ago on Friday. Speaking about their relationship, Reinhardt said: "She's a very amazing girl.
"She's the most beautiful girl on the planet. She's amazing, both inside and out."
