Barton splits from Kooks frontman

Mischa Barton has ended her relationship with Luke Pritchard, explaining that "the bad" began to outweigh "the good".

The actress wrote on her blog that "things just didn't feel quite right", adding that sustaining a long-distance relationship was "never an easy things to do".

Pritchard confirmed in December that he was dating the former OC actress and felt lucky to be with her.

Barton, 22, insisted that the breakup was amicable and the pair are likely to remain friends.

"There was no cheating or anything terrible, the bad just started to outweigh the good and a long distance relationship is never an easy thing to do," she wrote.
