The Celebrity Juice star is expecting her first baby with husband Dan Baldwin in May.
"I'm loving being pregnant but there are a few things that I could live without," she told The Sun.
"The biggest change is my craving for Kraft cheese slices. I can't stop eating them and it's getting worse. It's a bad habit - but I'm pregnant, so who cares?"
Willoughby will appear on Dancing On Ice this Sunday on ITV1 at 7.15pm.
