Spears 'not romancing talent agent'

Britney Spears is not romancing her long-time talent agent, according to a friend of the singer.

Speaking to Us Weekly, the unnamed insider denied speculation that Spears had fallen for 37-year-old Jason Trawick.

"They are absolutely, 100% not dating," said the source. "He is her agent and that's it. They have never gone out on a date."

The 'Womanizer' star was first linked to Trawick last year, when he accompanied her on holiday to Costa Rica. E! News later reported that the agent had been spotted at several dates on her current world tour.

"He has been her agent for four years, and they are very close friends," added the source. "He gets on with her family, but there is absolutely categorically nothing romantic going on.

"Jason was on the road with Britney for three of her tour dates, but that is because that's what agents do - they support their clients. Any stories of them being together are completely and utterly made up."
