DJ AM is reportedly seeking $20 million in compensation following last year's plane crash of which he and Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker were the only survivors.

The 35-year-old, real name Adam Goldstein, has filed a lawsuit against Learjet and other companies deemed to be responsible for the September 19 accident, which left four passengers dead.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Goldstein is seeking $10 million for medical damages, lost earnings and profits and economic damages, as well as $10 million for mental and physical pain and suffering.

Goldstein, who was scheduled to travel from South Carolina to California, suffered severe burns when the plane crashed just moments after taking off.

Earlier this year, the DJ denied reports that he was seeking damages from the deceased pilots' estates, saying: "I am more than grateful that I survived this horrible accident and I'd never try to take anything from those that didn't."

Barker and the mother of another passenger have already filed separate lawsuits.
