Liam Gallagher launches fashion label

Liam Gallagher has announced the launch of a new fashion label selling limited edition clothing.

Named 'Pretty Green' after the Sound Affects opener from The Jam, the range will include footwear, knitwear, T-shirts, denim, trench coats, hats, scarves and accessories approved by the singer.

Gallagher said: "The reason I'm doing it cos I love clothes. We're going to do clothes I like, if people like it cool if they don't, they don't!

"If you're going to do it, you've got to get involved, haven't you? And I'm really looking forward to it, and I think it's going to be good."

He added: "Clothes and music are my passion. I'm not here to rip anyone off and I'm not doing it for the money either. I'm doing it 'cos there's a lack of stuff out there of the things I would wear."
