Jennifer Aniston has revealed that she will be voicing an upcoming children's book with her father.

The Marley & Me actress and her father John, who stars in Days Of Our Lives, have agreed to lend their voices to a recording of Nick Katsoris's Loukoumi's Good Deeds.

Speaking to the New York Daily News, a representative for the star said: "It is a wonderful story, plain and simple. She did it because she wanted to do it with her dad, as well as she loved the story."

The book revolves around a lamb called Loukoumi who realises that she can make people happy just by doing good deeds. The former Friends star will voice a giraffe called Daisy who teaches Loukoumi that the best gifts are not always the most expensive.

Aniston voiced the previous instalment in the series, Growing Up With Loukoumi, in 2007. The new book, which also features the voices of Olympia Dukakis and Gloria Gaynor, will be available from April 1.
