Garraway: 'Roberts shared pregnancy tips'

Kate Garraway has revealed that she has been given pregnancy advice from Hollywood actress Julia Roberts.

The women apparently bonded over motherhood when Roberts appeared on GMTV last week to talk about her latest movie.

Garraway, who is expecting her second child with husband Derek Draper, told Now: "We talked a lot about motherhood and how it's made her put her career on the back burner.

"I told Julia I was expecting and I was keen to find out the sex of the baby, but she advised me not to. She said it's better to wait and that if you know what it is before it's born, you jump to conclusions about what the baby will look like and be like when, in fact, you still have no idea. She has given me something to think about."

Roberts, who has three children, is currently in the UK to promote Duplicity, in which she stars with Clive Owen.
