The Die Hard star exchanged vows with the 30-year-old on Saturday at his home in Parrot Cay, on the Turks and Caicos islands.
A representative told Usmagazine.com that Willis's former wife Demi Moore was present at the ceremony along with their three daughters.
Moore's current partner Ashton Kutcher attended, and a source claimed that Madonna was also among guests.
Willis's spokesperson added that the couple will hold a civil ceremony on their return to the US. The 54-year-old has been dating Heming since last year and rumours that they were set to tie the knot surfaced last week after rooms and private villas near Willis's home were reserved for his guests.
