Floral tributes, cards, balloons and soft toys have been left outside the house in Upshire, where Goody passed away yesterday following a battle with cervical cancer.
Speaking to reporters outside the home, her mother Jackiey Budden said that Goody would have been "overwhelmed" by the public reaction to her death, saying: "It just shows how many people really loved her."
Budden later removed her shoes to wade through the bouquets and retrieve the cards, adding that she planned on personally replying to everyone who had offered their support to the family.
