Aniston dumped Mayer over Twitter habit?

Jennifer Aniston was apparently driven to end her relationship with John Mayer because of his Twitter "obsession", Star Magazine claims.

A friend of the 40-year-old actress said she had discovered that the musician spent hours on the social networking site when he claimed he was too busy to get in touch with her.

The source said: "Jen was fuming. There he was, telling her he didn't have time for her and yet his page was filled with Twitter updates."

The couple have been dating on and off since May 2008 and attended the 2009 Oscars together. A source earlier told People that Aniston was now ready to move on with her life and "seemed happy" following the split.
