The model and entrepreneur also denied reports that she is depressed, lonely, and that her marriage to Peter Andre is in trouble.
Speaking at the launch of her new equestrian clothing range in west London, Price said: "I'm sick of them saying I'm on painkillers. I have got my manager to arrange for me to have a blood test.
"I'm going to take legal action. I can take a lot of stuff but when they say I'm taking painkillers that's stepping below the mark."
Price and Andre are currently shooting Katie And Peter: The Next Chapter in L.A., and the 30-year-old said that they should be back in the UK within the next month.
"It's a great place. Pete is finishing his album. We're doing our reality show out there. We haven't gone to break America. We've just gone to film our reality show.
"I suppose it's just taking a break. Apparently I'm really depressed, not getting on with Pete and am lonely - apparently that's what Katie Price is up to," she said. "But it's not true."
