Halliwell 'to take year off from dating'

Geri Halliwell has reportedly decided to take a year off dating after conceding that she struggles with commitment.

The former Spice Girl recently ended her three-month engagement with Italian tychoon Fabrizio Politi and has decided to focus on "self-examination".

"Even though she initiated it, Geri is gutted over her break-up with Fabrizio," a source told Heat.

"She feels like a failure in the romance department, so she says she's going to take a year off from dating.

"She's going to do some serious self-examination and figure out the root of her commitment issues."

Halliwell has previously dated DJ Chris Evans, singer Robbie Williams, backing dancer Ivan Velez and has two-year-old daughter Bluebell with Sacha Gervasi.
