Groban denies Perry romance rumours

Josh Groban has dismissed speculation that he is dating 'I Kissed A Girl' singer Katy Perry.

US tabloid reports had claimed that the singer-songwriter was secretly romancing Perry, but that the couple had chosen to keep their relationship under wraps.

Speaking to People, a representative for Groban denied the rumours, saying: "Josh and Katy are very close friends and hang out but they are not a couple."

Groban dated actress January Jones from 2003 until 2006, while Perry split from Gym Class Heroes frontman Travis McCoy in January.
