Peaches Geldof has said that she prefers "dorks" to more conventionally attractive men.
The socialite wrote in her Nylon column that she has has always fallen for "effeminate unassuming oddballs", compared to her friends' preference for "good-looking jock types".
Geldof said: "I love dorks. And weirdos. And misfits. Show me a muscle-bound male model, and I will turn my head towards a bespectacled, skinny, and socially awkward boy instead. I'd take Clark Kent over Superman any day.
"Nerds are the loveable mavericks of an overbearingly masculine society that is driven by old-fashioned ideals."
She added: "These Dungeons & Dragons-loving, Einstein-quoting, chunky spectacles-wearing guys are the true catches."
Geldof has been linked to Lightspeed Champion, aka Dev Hynes, after her split from husband Max Drummey.
