The 30-year-old presenter told the Mail On Sunday that she met the Duke Of Edinburgh after performing a piano solo at the 2003 event.
In the line-up following the extravaganza, the Duke of Edinburgh, 87, reportedly commented: "You're fit, aren't you?" The former Hear'Say singer and classically trained musician said: "I fell about laughing!"
The Duke's remarks came after Klass suffered a wardrobe malfunction on stage, resulting in her being dragged to the ground.
"I was on stage and my cloak was so heavy that when I stopped walking it took me with it and I spun round like Wonderwoman and fell over in front of everyone," she said, describing the incident as the "worst moment" in her career.
