Robert O’Ryan was arrested for attempting to gain entrance to the Dancing With The Stars studio on Tuesday and pled not guilty to the charges against him, TV Guide.com confirmed.
O’Ryan is being charged with one felony count of stalking and two misdemeanour counts of carrying loaded weapons inside his vehicle.
Johnson, 17, a contestant on Dancing with the Stars, was granted a temporary restraining order against O’Ryan on Wednesday, and has said she fears for her life after he jumped the studio fence on Tuesday.
O’Ryan stated he wanted to be with Johnson “no matter what,” and aside from the weapons found in his vehicle, zip ties, duct tape and a map were also discovered by Los Angeles police.
O’Ryan is being held on $220,000 bail, and is next due in court on April 27.
