Panettiere: 'I'm not an unpleasant person'

The actress, who plays Claire Bennet in the NBC drama, told In Style that she was stunned by reports that she had tried to get ex-boyfriend and co-star Milo Ventimiglia fired from the show following their split.
"The thing that bothers me most is when people make up stories about me being rude or unpleasant, I don't think I'm an unpleasant person," she said.
Panettiere, 19, added that she was tired of criticism about her weight, saying: "It blows my mind that people want to find flaws and things to pick at. Growing up with the pressure to be thin and the fact that TV adds at least five pounds...it was tough."
