McGiffin: 'Gok Wan is good with women'

Carol McGiffin has said that Gok Wan is good with women and never makes them look bad when doing a makeover.

The Loose Women panellist was made-up by the fashion stylist for a photoshoot in Heat magazine.

McGiffin said: "I thought Gok giving me a makeover would be brilliant because I've watched a load of things he's done and he's never made anyone look s**t.

"And he's really good with women, so I was excited. The only thing I was worried about was being made to pose in bright lights in my underwear."

She added: "It started off being very scary because my hair looked like Lily Savage's but it turned out all right.

"It's a simple look and I do like it, but it's been totally out of my comfort zone."

McGiffin described the blonde-haired makeover as a "learning curve" but said that she would keep her new eyelashes because fiancé Mark Cassidy liked them.
