Jenna Jameson 'blessed with easy labour'

Jenna Jameson has said that she was "blessed" with an easy labour when she gave birth to twin boys last month.

The actress and former porn star wrote on her MySpace blog that the speedy delivery of sons Jesse and Journey was a result of her strict exercise routine.

Jameson said: "I delivered my boys on March 15. I was blessed with a very easy labour, it lasted about two hours. When it came to pushing them out, I truly believe the 500 sit ups a day paid off.

"I was able to push my five pound Jesse out in five pushes. Journey who was 4lb 11oz was out in three pushes. I loved the whole process of being pregnant and I hope to have another baby someday."

Born Jenna Marie Massoli in 1974, Jameson starred in around 100 pornographic films between 1994 and her retirement in 2008 and won a number of industry awards during her career.
