Candy made an appeal to her estranged daughter via her website on Monday, WENN reports.
The 63-year-old and her offspring have maintained a distant relationship since the passing of TV mogul Aaron Spelling in 2007. Candy said that she hopes to resolve the pair's issues and be able to see her grandchildren Liam and Stella.
"You say you look at my website, so I'm trying to reach you that way," she wrote. "I want to see you and your family - in private, like the 'normal family' you say always wanted. Call me, write me, text me.
"I'm a mother who, like every mother, wants communication and a great relationship with you, my daughter, and your family. I'd love to work it out the way all families try to resolve issues."
Tori insisted that it is up to her mother to heal the family rift, telling People: "She knows how to reach me, she knows where we live."
