The service marked the fourth marriage for the Holby City actress, who was previously wed to Dan Donovan, from Big Audio Dynamite, Simple Minds star Jim Kerr, and Oasis singer Liam Gallagher.
The Sunday Mirror reports that the couple wrote their own vows for the ceremony, which was attended by a number of celebrities including Simon Le Bon and Liz Hurley.
Kensit, 41, promised "not to be too needy, not to lose my rag and to accept you are not always around", while Healy, 47, said he would 'never cheat, be supportive and always be contactable'.
The couple began dating in August 2007, and became engaged four months later.
