Helicopter drama at Suri's birthday bash

Police were reportedly called to Suri Cruise's third birthday party after the event was crashed by paparazzi.

Parents Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes had thrown a princess-themed bash for the youngster which they intended to keep low-key.

However, police were apparently called because of a helicopter plaguing the party from overhead.

According to TMZ, a Los Angeles Police Department aircraft was summoned to send the helicopter away.
