Pattinson: 'Stewart romance rumours bizzare'

Twilight actor Robert Pattinson has dismissed rumours that he is romancing co-star Kristen Stewart as "really bizarre".

The couple, who play onscreen lovers in the vampire flick, are often linked by the tabloids, despite their frequent insistence that they are just friends.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, he said: "It becomes a joke. There was some magazine the other day about me and Kristen.

"When you look at it and realise it's on the front of a magazine...You realise that people are actually reading that even though how ridiculous it is...It's really bizarre."

The actor, who previously admitted to having a "special bond" with Stewart, added that he was still coming to terms with the public interest in his private life.

"It's getting photographed. You have people who analyse your facial expressions to the tiniest degree. So you're just trying to avoid getting photographed. You're like, 'Jesus, you can't win.'"
