McCauley has been accused of embezzling millions of dollars from the comedian while serving as his manager. He allegedly transferred Cook's money into his own account and attempted to forge a $3 million check written on Cook's.
The former manager was arrested in December on charges of larceny, forgery and other crimes, CNN reports.
"Hopefully justice will be served and I can move on with my life," Cook said on Larry King Live.
"I worked with my only half brother for several years. Woke up one day and a lot of stuff is missing. There is a good chunk of money that is certainly not accounted for. That's all I can say at this point."
When asked how he deals with the betrayal, Cook joked that "you dance".
