Jack Tweed has access to a PlayStation and DVD player in his new prison cell, according to a report.

The widower of reality star Jade Goody was transferred to Edmunds Hill jail in Newmarket, Suffolk yesterday following ten nights at Chelmsford Prison in Essex.

A source told The Mirror: "He's over the moon and feels that he's inching slowly towards his release."

Discussing life in the Category C jail, the insider added: "He has access to a PlayStation, a DVD [player] and many more home comforts."

Tweed is serving a 12-week sentence for assaulting taxi driver Stephen Wilkins last year.

The 21-year-old reportedly boasted about being "loaded" and "set up for life" before leaving Chelmsford.
