Jack Tweed has been moved to a new prison after inmates allegedly threatened to steal his wedding ring.

Tweed, who was given the band by his late wife Jade Goody just weeks before she died, is now staying at a Category C jail in Suffolk, reports The News Of The World.

The 21-year-old is serving a 12-week sentence for assaulting taxi driver Stephen Wilkins last year.

Tweed is said to have access to more home comforts in his cell than at Chelmsford, including a PlayStation and DVD player.

Friends of the widower had earlier expressed their fears over his mental wellbeing, explaining that he was not only dealing with the loss of his wife but was also being threatened by others behind bars.
