The presenter and comedian posted on his Twitter page after the team's 2-0 home defeat to Reading which left them in the relegation places.
Fry said: "Oh great. Oh fabulous. Oh wonderful. Oh marvellous. Goodbye Championship, hello Division One. Arse, pants, botty and double damn it to hell.
"Writing away for an hour or so and then striding the usual four miles or so to the gym. Takes my mind of poor Norwich City."
The loss means that Norwich must win their last game of the season against bottom-placed Charlton, and also hope that Plymouth beat Barnsley at home if they are to stay in the division.
Fry studied at City College Norwich before reading at Cambridge, and is a patron of the Norwich Playhouse.
