Penn 'files for second divorce from wife'

The Oscar-winner originally sought a legal separation from Wright Penn in December 2007, but the pair later called off the divorce after patching up their differences.
A representative for the actor has yet to comment and no other details have been released.
The couple, who tied the knot in 1996, have two children together: Hopper Jack, 15, and 17-year-old Dylan Frances.
