Tyra Banks has testified that alleged stalker Brady Green's actions made her feel "extremely vulnerable".

The supermodel told a Manhattan court about the March 2008 incident when Green attempted to get past security at the Tyra Banks Show studio, recalling that the staff would not allow her to exit her dressing room, E! reports.

"I know I have fans, but I've never in my entire career had my staff act this way," the TV host said.

The prosecution also claimed that Green threatened to cut a Banks employee's throat when they refused to give up the studio address.

"I don't fear for my life - I fear for the safety of my staffers. I fear the safety of my family. I fear the safety of people in my vicinity," Banks said.

She also admitted that she has heightened her security since the events, including having bodyguards tail her when she runs.

"I don't live that kind of sheltered, protective life. I like to walk around my neighborhood," she told the jury.

If convicted, Green faces a maximum of 90 days in prison.
