Schreiber, Watts young son hospitalised

X-Men Origins: Wolverine star Liev Schreiber reportedly skipped the movie's Los Angeles premiere after learning that his infant son had been hospitalised.

21-month-old Sasha was taken to a New York City hospital after falling ill on Tuesday. It is thought that Schreiber was in the state visiting his family at the time.

Speaking to Access Hollywood, a representative for the couple said: "Sasha got home [yesterday] and is feeling much better after being hospitalised... with respiratory problems."

Schreiber, who stars as Sabretooth in the upcoming film, has been dating actress Naomi Watts since 2006. She gave birth to their second son Samuel in December.
