Silverman, Fallon scoop Webby Awards

Jimmy Fallon, Trent Reznor and Sarah Silverman have been announced as winners of this year’s Webby Awards.

Comedienne Silverman won a best actress award for her viral video 'I’m f**king Mat Damon' and best political video for The Great Schelp.

Fallon won Webby person of the year for using his blog before his late-night debut.

Lisa Kudrow was honoured with the outstanding comedic performance gong for her online series Web Therapy.

Nine Inch Nails frontman Reznor was named Webby artist of the year, while the best political website prize was given to The Huffington Post.

The Webby Awards will be hosted by Saturday Night Live star Seth Meyers on June 8.
