Liz Hurley: 'Countryside sexier than city'

Liz Hurley has revealed that she thinks the countryside is "sexier" than the city.

Speaking to Tatler, the 43-year-old claimed that people "look sexier in the country".

"I wouldn't mind betting that there's less sex in the city than there is in the country because it's just well, sexier here," she said. "To me people look sexier in the country.

"Take builders for example - the lot who recently did my stable conversion were so gorgeous that friends from London used to travel down just to flirt with them.

"If you think of London you're more likely to think binge-drinking, mugging and competitive schooling than hotel rooms, champagne and lacy knickers," she added. "Not so in the country."

Earlier this year, the former model announced that she is launching an organic food range with Prince Charles.
