Miss California Carrie Prejean’s fate will be determined next week with two press conferences, after a topless photograph of the beauty queen appeared on the internet.
On Monday, co-directors of the Miss California USA pageant Shanna Moakler and Keith Lewis will announce whether she should keep her crown due to possible breach of contract violations, which forbids her from being "photographed in a state of partial or total nudity".
The following day, co-owner of the Miss Universe Organization Donald Trump will determine if Prejean will remain as the first runner-up for the 2009 Miss USA pageant.
Trump has already backed Prejean over her controversial comments against gay marriage during the competition, saying: "It wasn't a bad answer, that was simply her belief."
