Culshaw sceptical over Price-Andre split

Jon Culshaw has expressed surprise at the recent announcement that Katie Price and Peter Andre have separated.

The impressionist told PA at last night's Sony Awards that the pair did not appear to be having problems as recently as last weekend.

Culshaw said: "There was Peter Andre saying 'Hey Katie I've got the kids do you want to have a word with them?' and they seemed all united and all happy and smiles.

"Maybe if they announced they're breaking up that's quite good and that keeps the fervour of publicity going a little bit... and then six months later they can announce they're getting back together."

Price and Andre apparently held hands as they presented the best on-screen partnership gong at Saturday's British Soap Awards, which was also attended by Culshaw.

When asked for his reaction to the news, Ashes to Ashes actor Philip Glenister said: "I think you could be mistaking me for somebody who actually gives a s**t."
