Butlins chiefs are hoping to unite feuding reality stars Eoghan Quigg and George Sampson this summer, it has been claimed.

Ill-feeling between the pair became public last month when X Factor star Quigg accused Sampson of posting abusive comments about him on the internet.

Responding to the online jibes, Quigg described the Britain's Got Talent breakdancer as a "jealous flop" and claimed that his fame would soon be over.

According to the Daily Star, entertainment organisers at Butlins now want the teenagers to put their differences aside and work together for a run of shows later this year.

Quigg confirmed: "[George] does seem to have a problem with me but I don't know why. I mean, I am a singer not a dancer."

A holiday camp insider added: "We are hoping to make it work."
