Katie Price splits from management

Katie Price has parted ways with her management company just days after it was announced that she had split from Peter Andre.

The former glamour model has been represented by Can Associates Limited for over five years, but in a statement released today, the organisation confirmed that it is releasing her from its management.

"We have represented Katie since February 2004, during that time we have worked hard to build Katie as a successful individual and brand, moving her from a glamour model and repositioning her as the country's foremost female celebrity, with a string of products and successful endorsements," the statement read.

"We wish Katie every success for the future."

Can Associates Limited did not reveal the reason behind the decision to terminate its dealings with Price, but confirmed that it will continue to represent Andre.

Price earlier revealed that she was "devastated" by Andre's decision to leave her.
