The pop singer split from Hart in February 2002, two years after the pair married in Costa Rica.
However, the couple have reconciled over recent months and when DeGeneres asked if they were "happy" and "back together", Pink answered: "We are. Thank you."
She also admitted that she found it amusing performing her hit single 'So What', which includes derogatory remarks about her lover.
"He's in the audience so when I sing, 'He's a tool', now that's my favourite line," she joked. "Hi, honey, that's you."
When asked about the possibility that the couple may renew their vows, Pink replied: "I love a party."
