T.I. to serve sentence in Arkansas

T.I. will serve his jail sentence at a low-security prison in Forrest City, Arkansas, it has been reported.

The rapper will begin his one year and one day prison term on federal weapons charges on May 26, E! reports.

The prison is located 85 miles east of Little Rock, Arkansas, and 45 miles west of Memphis, Tennesee. It currently houses 2,085 inmates.

T.I. will reportedly stay in either bunk bed-equipped dormitory-style housing or cubicle housing, and will be required to take part in a work programme.

His final pre-prison concert will be held on May 24 in Atlanta.
