Price, Andre 'were on rocks for two years'

Katie Price and Peter Andre's relationship has been on the rocks for the past two years, according to a report today.

The celebrity couple announced that they were splitting after nearly four years of marriage earlier this week.

According to the News Of The World, Andre told a friend yesterday: "I've been saying for a long time it was a case of 'when' not 'if' we divorced. The relationship's been going under since 2007 but I was terrified of missing the kids."

A source close to the pair added: "Things haven't been right in the bedroom for almost two years. To put it bluntly, Jordan stopped fancying him. It caused big problems because she has a huge sex drive."

The problems between the couple reportedly led to frosty exchanges when the cameras stopped rolling for their ITV2 reality shows.

"Kate never appeared interested in what he was doing and told him to shut up all the time," an insider explained. "She was so rude to him. If he asked, 'Do I look good?' she'd say 'No!' She was incapable of giving a compliment."

Meanwhile, recent reports have claimed that Price is "in love" with her married dressage coach Andrew Gould.
