Trachtenberg: 'Gellar will be extraordinary mum'

Michelle Trachtenberg has claimed that her Buffy The Vampire Slayer co-star Sarah Michelle Gellar will be an "extraordinary mum".

The actress, who played Gellar's younger sister on the cult show, told People that she was "jumping for joy" after hearing that the star is expecting her first child with husband Freddie Prinze Jr.

"We talk every other day. I'm super excited. I'm so very happy for her and Freddie. She's going to be an extraordinary mum. Good people make great parents," she said.

"It's in the Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner or Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin vein - they really don't talk about their relationship. They keep their private, personal love life to themselves. That's what makes it so special."

Gellar and Prinze Jr, who tied the knot six years ago, have yet to comment on the pregnancy.
