Shatner reveals web cartoon series

The former Star Trek actor provides the voice for Don Salmonella Gavon, People reports. Shatner described his series as "a comedic Soprano family".
"It's the mafia in Hollywood trying to make a hit," he explained. "Half the family thinks it's a murder and the other half thinks it's a movie."
The pilot episode was recently posted to YouTube, with another instalment due out in the next few weeks.
The star used friends and family to voice the characters in the first show, but added that he would like to get Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci and Martin Scorsese to guest star in the future.
