Price threatens to sue newspapers

Katie Price has said that she will sue newspapers and magazines that are writing fabricated stories about her split from Peter Andre.

The former glamour model claimed that she will seek legal advice once she returns to the UK from a break in the Maldives.

Writing on her Twitter blog, she said: "Please don't believe everything you read in the press. There's lots of newspapers and mags I'll be suing when I'm back."

In a later update, she added: "Nobody knows anything but us."

Tabloid newspapers have speculated that the couple's split may have been caused by factors including Price having a relationship with another man and her excessive partying.

According to the latest reports, Price has ordered her housekeepers to remove all of Andre's personal items from their Surrey home before she flies back to Britain next week.
