The 'Rehab' singer was in fact taken to A&E after suffering from recurring chest pains, Metro reports.
A source said: "She was complaining of chest pains so the doctor advised her to come in and she was kept in for observation and then released."
Insiders again claimed that it is unlikely that the singer's London show at Shepherd's Bush Empire on May 31 will go ahead as planned.
Winehouse was recently revealed as the subject of an upcoming documentary from American-Israeli filmmaker Daphne Barak, titled Saving Amy.
