Chad Lowe welcomes baby daughter
Chad Lowe's girlfriend Kim Painter has given birth to their first child, it has been announced.

The former 24 star welcomed his new daughter, Mabel Painter Lowe, on Saturday.

A representative for the actor told Us Weekly, "Everybody is healthy and happy."

Lowe, who divorced Hilary Swank two years ago, has been dating producer Painter since 2007.
