Holmes prepares to honour war veterans

According to People, Holmes will be participating in the 20th annual PBS National Memorial Day Concert in Washington, D.C.
Joining the All My Sons star on stage will be her co-star Dianne Wiest paying tribute to Staff Sergeant José Pequeño, who was severely injured while serving in Iraq.
The actresses will be honouring the war veteran by sharing his story. Holmes will be portraying Pequeño's sister Elizabeth while Wiest will portray his mother Nellie.
The concert will air live in the US on the PBS network on May 24 at 8pm EST.
