Demi Moore angry at Twitter over TV show

Demi Moore has said that she hopes Twitter's plans to start a TV show are not true.

The online blogging service announced plans on Monday to develop an unscripted series based around the site, Access Hollywood reports.

Twitter has partnered with Reveille Productions and Brillstein Entertainment Partners to produce the programme, which will reportedly see players compete trailing celebrities in an interactive format.

"I hope this isn't true. If it is, our Twitter time may come to a sad and quick end," the actress said.

"This would not be a smart move for Twitter."
