Hart: 'People still think I'm fat'

Melissa Joan Hart has admitted to reading blogs where people discuss her fluctuating size.

However, the Sabrina, The Teenage Witch star claimed that people are still looking at pictures from her last summer and do not realise that she has lost a large amount of weight.

Last summer, pictures of Hart on a beach in California shortly after the birth of her son Braydon emerged in showbiz magazines.

"I still read blogs about me discussing how fat I've become," she told People. "Everyone still thinks I'm huge... But I'm not anymore!"

The actress said that there are "enormous pressures" on women in Hollywood to lose weight quickly after having children, but confessed that she was inspired to diet by fellow mother Jaime Pressly.

"I realised I didn't have to be heavy just because I have kids," she said. "I feel amazing. I had to prove to myself that I could do it. I had to give it a go!"

Hart, 33, is married to Course of Nature singer Mark Wilerson, 32.
